minced meat meatball Material:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, sliced
5 red onions, sliced
200 grams minced beef
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 egg
Salt, nutmeg, pepper, sugar to taste
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 pieces of potato, cut into round, fried butter
Salt, nutmeg, pepper, sugar
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 sndok tea cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water
Complement:
Carrots and beans stew
Method:
1. Heat the butter. Saute onion until wilted. Set aside.
2. Mix meat, starch, salt, nutmeg, pepper, sugar. Mix well. Shape into flattened round meatball.
3. Heat the butter. Enter a meatball. Cook until done.
4. Enter soy, potatoes, nutmeg, salt, pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, water.
5. Enter a mixture of cornstarch + water. Stir and cook until bubbling. Lift.
6. Serve with carrots, green beans.
